Griffin Fence, Co., established in 1979 by Ron Griffin, has built a reputation over the years of providing high-quality fences to the greater Houston area. Ron Griffin has over 30 years of experience in the fence business. His simple business motto—“Some people want to build empires; we just want to build your fence”—has helped keep his business strong over the years and reinforced his reputation as a quality fence builder.

We concentrate on quality over quantity; however, we still maintain $3 million to $4 million per year in sales. Our business is generally 60 percent residential and 40 percent commercial, with around 40 percent wood, 40 percent ornamental iron, and 20 percent chain link and gate operators. No project is too large or too small.

Quality is a key factor in maintaining a great reputation. Expert installers, quality materials, and a professional sales force are the key ingredients into making a quality product. 
 
All our crews work for us and are paid by the hour. We don’t use subcontractors on our fence crews, which allows us more control in the process of building your fence. All our crews drive our trucks, with our gas, and are covered by our insurance. We currently have eight full-time crews in the field with an average tenure of four to 10 years. Our customers are secure in the knowledge that a Griffin Fence, Co. employee is coming to their home or business.

The building materials that we use on your fence are of the highest quality available in the industry. All materials are purchased from established and reliable sources to ensure consistent quality. Our Plant Manager personally inspects each shipment of building materials to our plant to confirm that the materials meet our exacting standards. Every fence we build has our name on it, and the quality of the materials will show up every time. We will not jeopardize our reputation by using sub-standard building materials. It just does not make good business sense.

Our sales force goes through a rigorous training process before going into the field. Every project is different and our customer base deserves only the most professional attention. Knowing that your salesperson is an expert at designing the right fence for your needs and not just an order taker is important for our success.

At the helm of this phenomenal operation is the owner, Ron Griffin. His dedication to providing a quality product and demanding total customer satisfaction has made this company a success over the years.
